Personal Background

John is the founding director of Wilson Hanna and a former partner with Ernst & Young's Transactions Advisory Services practice. He has more than 35 years of professional services and industry experience across corporate advisory, finance, transactions and senior management.

John has also served as Chairman, CEO and CFO of ASX-listed entities, providing him with first-hand experience of the financial, operational, governance and stakeholder issues faced by businesses and their boards.

Today, John focuses on providing practical corporate and financial advice to businesses and their owners

William Patton

Personal Background

William has practical experience working with accounting and financial management systems, including MYOB and Xero. He assists clients with financial processes including reconciliations, management reporting and the integration of accounting and inventory systems.

William is currently completing tertiary studies in Commerce and Law and works alongside John across Wilson Hanna corporate advisory engagements.
